- Founders govern by do-ocracy (lazy consensus) — the person who cares takes initiative, and the action stands if no one objects
- Formal voting is used when lazy consensus fails or for finances and policy changes
- Each founder has one vote; majority vote (≥3 of 5) required for finances, equipment, policy changes, and new members
- Each founder retains veto power regarding new members
- Founders meet ad hoc, with coordination happening over Signal
